This update is to follow up on the April 6, 2020 message regarding our impacted members.  We have recently extended our suspension of electric service disconnections through April 30, 2020 and again waived late fees for April.  We will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis and make adjustments as necessary.

We encourage our members who are experiencing difficulties as a result of COVID-19 to reach out to our member service representatives to make arrangements to pay your bills to avoid disconnection once the suspension is lifted.  Our office can direct you to valuable resources within the community to help meet your individual needs.  Contact information for those sources can also be found here.
