For a new residential service, please complete the New Applicant Checklist as well as the Application for Membership. Both should be mailed back to the main office with a $200 deposit and $5 membership fee. For a new business service, please call our main office.

To start your automated bank draft account, please follow the instructions and return the completed authorization form to our office no later than the first day of the month in which you would like for your account to be drafted.

Please fill out and return the completed Right of Way Easement form. If you have any questions, please call the main office.
